Scottsdale, Arizona
Back from the Arizona desert! It was such a fun weekend celebrating my friendβs bachelorette party in Scottsdale. π It was overall an incredible trip! We had great weather the whole time and ate and drank at so many fun spots. ππΌ Hereβs a little rundown of what we did!
Accomodations:
- We stayed at the Aloft Hotel right in the Entertainment District and we LOVED it. If you are going for a quick party weekend, this is a great budget hotel right in the middle of all of the best nightlife spots! Itβs within walking distance of some of the best pools, restaurants, bars and clubs in Scottsdale - however because it is a budget hotel it doesnβt have some of the amenities that other hotels may have. For a luxury stay I would recommend The W or The Phoenecian.
Eat/Drink:
- Bottled Blonde: This was our first stop as soon as we landed! We got great food and drinks here and it has a really fun vibe. π
- El Hefe: This was my favorite bar we went to during our stay! The dj was awesome and kept everyone on the dance floor the entire night! They also have great happy hour specials.
- The Montauk: This place has good food and is decorated with the cutest nautical decor - the bathroom is also decked out in flamingo wallpaper. π
- Olive & Ivy: This is a great dinner spot - itβs in the Fashion Square Mall area which is right by the Entertainment District! The Mediterranean style food is delicious and the service was great!
- Maya: We came here both at night and during the day, and I will say it was infinitely better during the day! This day/night club is right in the center of the Entertainment District and they host world renowned djs every weekend! If you can afford it, opt for a bottle service table here!
- Breakfast Club: From the outside, you canβt quite tell what a great place this is but itβs defintely worth a stop! They had a lovely patio that was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the weather, and their menu had lots of great selections!
Things to do/see:
- The Saguaro Hotel: This hotel was stunning. I am a sucker for bright colors and tropical decor and thatβs exactly what this hotel has. If youβre not staying here, be sure to make a stop here for some good photo ops!
- Camelback Mountain: Although only one of us was up early enough to make the trek up Camelback, she said it was beautiful! It is known to be a challenging hike, so be sure to prepare accordingly.
- Fashion Square Mall: I wouldnβt normally recommend malls in my posts BUT this was a perfect hang out spot on the day we had to check out of our hotel and wait until our flight later that evening. Itβs within walking distance of the Entertainment District and has some great stores and restaurants (a.k.a. Shake Shack π)
